Your reports are only as good as the tracking underneath them

Five things we help with
Can a healthcare website use analytics without breaking HIPAA?
Yes, but it has to be set up with care. Most websites use small pieces of code called tags or pixels.
You have Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other tags on pages where patients log in, book, or fill out forms.

Laws in Europe, the UK, California, and other places say you must ask visitors before you track them. A cookie banner is how you ask.
Your banner is live, but you are not sure if tags actually wait for a visitor to say yes.

Google Tag Manager, or GTM, is a tool that holds all the tracking code on your website in one place. Instead of asking a developer to add each new tag, your team can add it in GTM.
Your container has tags from past agencies or former staff and nobody knows what they do.

Google Analytics 4, or GA4, tracks what people do on your site as a list of events. A page view is an event.
Conversion numbers in GA4 do not match your ads platform or your sales system.

The GA4 interface is built for quick looks, not deep questions. It samples large data sets, hides small numbers for privacy, and deletes detailed data after a set time.
Leaders ask questions your reports cannot answer.

Things people ask on the first call
Do we need to be a healthcare company to work with you?
No. Healthcare is where the rules are strictest, so we are careful by habit. We work with companies in many industries, and with agencies on behalf of their clients.
Will we lose data if we follow privacy rules?
You will lose some detail about people who say no to tracking. That is the point of the rules. But with the right setup, you keep totals and trends you can trust, and you avoid fines and bad surprises.
Who owns the work when you are done?
You do. Everything is built in your own accounts, and we leave notes so your team or your next partner can pick it up.
Can you work with our agency?
Yes. Many agencies bring us in to handle tracking for their clients. We can work in the background or directly with the client, whichever you prefer.
Not sure where your tracking stands?
Tell us a little about your site. We reply within one business day and suggest the best place to start.
